Primary responsibilities:- Interview and match participants with appropriate placement
- Provide evaluative feedback, support, and troubleshooting to participants
- Maintain positive relationships with companies and organizations offering placements
- Identify and secure additional volunteer and internship placements
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure a successful overall experience for participants
- English and Hebrew at a high level – reading, writing and speaking
- Experience working with Diaspora Jewry
- Ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to integrate educational and professional dimensions
- Rosh gadol, motivated, excellent people-skills, and passion for Israel
- Relevant University Degree – Preferred

Within the Aardvark Israel Program are many activities that require coordination, booking, and oversight. The Special Programs and Logistics Coordinator oversees the arrangements for these activities and works in collaboration with other relevant staff members to ensure the successful execution of these aspects of the program.
Requirements:
- Outstanding administrative, logistic, communication and budgetary skills
- Experience working with Diaspora Jewry
- Ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to plan ahead and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- English and Hebrew at a high level – reading, writing and speaking
- Rosh gadol, highly motivated, troubleshooting abilities
- Experience working as a tour operator – advantage
