Full time starting July 2024Offices in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for parents of participants in Israel
- Maintain regular communication with program staff
- Liaise with relevant staff and professionals with respect to applicants needing additional support on the program.
- Provide the “parental” perspective through training, ideas, resources, and assistance to program staff.
- Assist in situation management when serious or unusual situations arise affecting the health or welfare of a participant.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Hebrew and English at a high level (reading, writing, and speaking) – required
- Calm, compassionate, excellent problem-solving skills, able to work as part of a diverse team, rosh gadol, reliable, professionalism, organized
- Background in education or social work – advantage
