My name is Mimi Baron and I’m from Sydney, Australia. I attended Moriah College and graduated at the end of 2022. I am a recent alumna of the Aardvark Israel 2022 Spring Semester and am currently in the PLUS program.
I wanted to go on a gap year in Israel to deepen my connection with Judaism, Israel, and my Jewish heritage. I also wanted to meet new people from all around the world, who share the same values as I do.
Aardvark Israel was the most special experience, one I will never forget. I met friends for life, lived in the Jewish homeland, and really embraced the Israeli culture.
After having the most AMAZING week in DC and NYC (my first time), I am currently working in Pennsylvania as a General Councillor/Specialist at Cedar Lake Camp. I have only been here for a few days, but I know this is going to be the BEST SUMMER EVER.
