My name is Nicky Helfgott, I am from London and I went to University College London. I have been doing Aardvark Tech Track for the last three months.
I decided to do the programme in order to meet new people, broaden my horizons and develop my coding skills in the start-up nation. I have learnt so much from my short time on the programme so far. Aside from improving my Hebrew and my coding, I have developed other important skills such as cooking, being more organised and fending for myself.
One of the most meaningful moments that I’ve had in the programme was waking up at 03:00 in order to climb Masada with my community. It was such a rewarding experience and it was followed by a refreshing swim in the Dead Sea.
