My name is Madelyn Rebecca Stern and I’m from Vancouver, Canada. I chose Aardvark Israel as my gap year program because it was heavily recommended by loved ones and the program met all the requirements I needed for independent living.
For my internship I am working at North Abraxas; a restaurant created by Eyal Shani.
Fun Fact: as a baby, I would only go down the stairs head first – I have a scab on my nose to prove it!
