Aardvark Israel has shown me how to handle myself much better than before. It is a good opportunity to mature as a person without the stress of school looming over you. It has forced me to make friends and work with my roommates to maintain a livable space. I enjoy the trips Aardvark has planned for us, and the classes I take are very enjoyable.
I decided to come on a gap year because college COVID restrictions didn’t feel right for me. I came to the gap year to live on my own, to be near family, and to understand life in Israel.
