My name is Nicole Eisenstadt, I am from New York City and I went to Dwight School NYC.
I chose to go on a gap year because I had the opportunity to start university in the spring semester, and also wanted to reconnect with the land of Israel and learn more about this special place. Aardvark Israel was a program that stood out to me because of the independence they allow students to have while also taking students around Israel and teaching them about its history.
As for my internship, I intern at a company called Kuchinate; it is an empowering art & design NGO that works with African refugee women.
Fun Fact: Before this program, I had never been to Israel.
