I promised myself that I would make it back to Israel this year, no matter what it took. If it took holding off on some things, or even, changing what my “dream” looked like. I know some people can do the traditional 4-year university path, but for me, sitting down with the pros and cons, the positives of coming here for a semester outweighed everything else. You don’t have to have the same exact dream forever. I always wanted to travel but feared I wouldn’t be “good” at it. While it’s been such a short time we’ve been here already, I’ve made amazing connections with people from all around the world.
